Scott Hamilton has been in commercial aviation since 1979. From 1979-1985, he was in management positions with the original Midway Airlines, the original American International Airways and Muse Air Corp. From 1985-1989 he was Associated Editor of Airfinance Journal, the industry’s first publication focusing on aircraft finance. In 1989, Hamilton and two other AFJ officials formed Linkraven Ltd., the parent company of Commercial Aviation Report, Commercial Aviation Value Report and Commercial Aviation Events.Linkraven was sold in 1999, at which time Hamilton formed Leeham Co. Hamilton is managing director of Leeham Co.

 

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance. PNAA serves Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alberta and British Columbia.

Mr Hamilton has been profiled in the Puget Sound Business Journal and Seattle Business magazine.

In 2008, Leeham began close collaboration with The Arvai Group and Innovation Analysis Group through the brand name AirInsight on select projects.

Ernest Arvai is president of The Arvai Group. He has more than 30 years experience in management consulting. Formerly Vice President and Managing Director - Technology Management at Battelle Memorial Institute and formerly a Director at Arthur D. Little, Inc., Mr. Arvai has extensive experience in consulting to senior executives.

Addison Schonland is president of Innovation Analysis Group. IAG provides consulting services principally in social media and technology. Prior to starting IAG, he was a consultant with PA Consulting Group. There he was involved with creation and development of a system that identified potential threats to airlines within six seconds of the creation of a reservation. Addison also spent 11 years working for San Diego-based CIC Research, where he was part of a team that undertook a range of commercial aviation market research projects from developing the US Department’s of Commerce’s international travel survey to new seating layouts for airlines.
